About Aster and Sweetpea Services
Aster and Sweetpea Services was born from personal experience. When my son — let’s call him Aster — was diagnosed with apraxia, autism, and pathological demand avoidance (PDA) at a young age, I quickly discovered the significant gap in support available to families like ours, especially while waiting for therapy services. As a parent seeking help and clarity, I felt lost. From that need, this service was created — to walk alongside families, provide meaningful support, and help every child feel seen, heard, and understood. We specialise in behavioural, social, and inclusion support for neurodiverse children and those with additional needs.
Whether your child is on a waitlist for occupational or speech therapy, needs extra support alongside those services, or you're simply looking for guidance — we’re here to help with evidence-informed, strength-based support tailored to each child and family.
Our mission is simple:
To help children build confidence, recognise their strengths, and thrive in all areas of life — while empowering parents, carers, and educators with the tools and understanding they need to support them.
As part of our commitment to inclusion, we also offer Project Bloom — a school-based initiative that educates students on autism, neurodiversity, and the importance of kindness and empathy. Through storytelling, team-building, and open conversations, Project Bloom fosters awareness, acceptance, and inclusive school cultures.
At Aster and Sweetpea Services, we’re more than a support provider — we’re a partner on your journey. Our goal is to create a space where every child can bloom in their own time, in their own way.

Highly recommend Taylor - she’s been life changing for our family 🙏🏽

Taylor is amazing. She has been tutoring our 8 year old who is dyslexic for 2 months now and her improvement is fantastic.
She has also been helping our 4 year old with her speech therapy and her sounds are become more clear by the day.
Taylor goes above and beyond for her clients not only professionally but personally as well.
We can’t recommend Taylor enough.

I was very fortunate to be recommended A&S by my medical centre, as we have been waiting for 3 months (and counting) to receive assistance via LifeStart for NDIS services for our 4 year old son. Taylor provides the perfect service for those like us on a waitlist, so that our son could receive additional one-on-one support at daycare for his special needs.
We are so grateful to have her guidance, for our son and for ourselves as parents, during this challenging time in his development.
Thanks Taylor!
