Services
At Aster and Sweetpea Services, we specialise in providing compassionate, evidence-informed support for children experiencing behavioural, social, and inclusion challenges — at home, in school, and in the community.
We work closely with families, educators, and allied professionals to understand each child’s unique strengths and needs. Whether your child is currently on a waitlist for occupational therapy, already engaged in OT or speech therapy, or simply requires additional support, we’re here to bridge the gap with personalised, practical strategies that make a real difference.
We believe every child deserves to feel safe, capable, and included, and every family deserves support, clarity, and hope as they navigate their journey.

Behaviour and Emotional Support
We help children develop the skills they need to understand and manage their emotions and behaviours in everyday situations. Through personalised, strength-based strategies, we support children in building self-awareness, coping tools, and positive behaviour patterns — both at home and in learning environments. Our approach empowers children to feel calm, confident, and in control, while also guiding families and educators in how best to support them.

Social Skills Development
We support children in building the confidence and skills they need to connect with others, form friendships, and navigate social situations with success. Using engaging, age-appropriate activities and real-life practice, we help children learn how to communicate effectively, read social cues, take turns, and work as part of a team. Our goal is to foster meaningful relationships and a strong sense of belonging in every environment — at school, at home, and in the community.

Inclusive Practices and Advocacy in School Settings
We work collaboratively with schools to promote inclusive environments where every student — regardless of ability or need — feels supported, understood, and valued. Through tailored strategies, educator coaching, and student support, we help schools implement practical, strength-based approaches that foster participation, equity, and success for all learners. We also advocate for students who may require additional support, ensuring their voices are heard and their individual needs are recognised and respected within the classroom and wider school community.

Parent, Caregiver and Educator Coaching
We offer supportive, practical coaching for parents, caregivers and educators to help them better understand, connect with, and support their child’s or students unique needs. Our sessions are collaborative and tailored, providing families and educators with tools, strategies, and confidence to navigate challenging behaviours, emotional regulation, and everyday routines. By working together, we help strengthen the parent-child relationship and create more positive, peaceful home and education environments and .

Strength-based approaches to build confidence and connection
At the heart of our work is a strength-based approach — we focus on what children can do, rather than what they struggle with. By identifying and nurturing each child’s unique strengths, interests, and abilities, we help build self-esteem, motivation, and trust. This approach not only empowers the child, but also fosters deeper connection with parents, caregivers, and educators, creating a supportive network where the child can truly thrive.

School Holiday Program
Our School Holiday Program offers a safe, fun, and supportive space where children can develop social skills, build confidence, and enjoy engaging activities during their break from school. Designed with inclusion in mind, the program provides personalised support tailored to each child’s needs — helping them feel connected, valued, and empowered. Through games, creative projects, and group challenges, children have the opportunity to make new friends, practice important life skills, and have a great time in a welcoming environment.

Highly recommend Taylor - she’s been life changing for our family 🙏🏽
Parent
Taylor is amazing. She has been tutoring our 8 year old who is dyslexic for 2 months now and her improvement is fantastic.
She has also been helping our 4 year old with her speech therapy and her sounds are become more clear by the day.
Taylor goes above and beyond for her clients not only professionally but personally as well.
We can’t recommend Taylor enough.

I was very fortunate to be recommended A&S by my medical centre, as we have been waiting for 3 months (and counting) to receive assistance via LifeStart for NDIS services for our 4 year old son. Taylor provides the perfect service for those like us on a waitlist, so that our son could receive additional one-on-one support at daycare for his special needs.
We are so grateful to have her guidance, for our son and for ourselves as parents, during this challenging time in his development.
Thanks Taylor!
